This idea came when our founder decided why can't we create a company that can employ many people in the communities we serve and create a "company for good'? A company that can achieve and thrive but doesn’t take advantage. Lets give the advantage back to the challenged homeowner by giving them access to the equity in their home while showing them how they can leverage it for their future success. In other words, a second chance.

Why we do what we do.

We were the people that used to swoop in to take advantage of a good opportunity and a great real estate deal; "Real Estate Investors". We knew how to find good opportunities and make a great investment.

For us, the property was the center of our business model. We started to see companies with deep pockets Heartlessly Equity Mining working class communities.

For the average person starting out wanting to start their family, the choice is no longer: "Can I purchase a house?" It's instead: "Can I afford to rent a house?"

Then one day something changed...

We were invited to sit down with a couple of homeowners who were at risk of foreclosure, we took time to listen to them about their unique situation, we saw what they had to lose, and heard how being thrown out of their home would impact their lives. For many of them, it would affect not just them but their children, taking them away from their friends, family, schools, and community. We started to see clearly that the homeowners are the heart and soul of the neighborhoods and they are the one's we must start investing in.

So we began to see things differently.

As we reviewed their situation, we realized that they had money (equity) in their home that could help them solve their situation. But what they didn't have was a way to access it and no knowledge of how to best use it to solve their problem.

Nobody was willing to help them.

That is when we realized that maybe it’s the people and not the property that was the more worthwhile investment. It broke our hearts, so we stopped and said,

“What if we invested in the people instead of the property?”

So, we started helping the PEOPLE. Providing them with the knowledge, education, financial strategy, and access to their funds to solve their problem. And it worked.

For those willing to do the work, we were able to bring them all the way back around from the brink of losing their home to staying in their home, back to financial stability. And in the end, owning their home with the ability and knowledge to never be in that situation again.

We found a new path and a more rewarding way to invest.
